This plugin has significantly streamlined our invoicing process. Generating invoices is now much faster and less error-prone. The integration with RISE CRM is seamless, pulling in client data automatically. However, the customization options are a bit limited. I'd like to see more flexibility in terms of formatting and the ability to add custom fields. Also, the reporting features could be improved; a more detailed breakdown of invoices would be helpful. Overall, it's a worthwhile purchase, but a few minor updates would make it even better.
